Project Development & Delivery
A project development process stands for the multiple stages that a team takes to bring the idea of a project to life by undergoing software project development steps:

For each project, we provide a team lead who controls the process and distributes tasks among developers and manages proper task implementation. If a team member stops work for some reason (sick leave, dismissal, etc. ) Our team lead will find a replacement for the developer so that the work is not interrupted and the quality does not suffer.
We use Agile methodologies, the most common ones are Scrum and Kanban.
You will have full control over all stages in the development life cycle of your project as well as an opportunity to monitor the process through regular calls & meetings, and track the status of every task.
In order to assure privacy and confidentiality we sign NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements as required by the client. All our employees work for us full-time and are bound by company Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure clauses.
We have developed our Service Agreements and NDAs and signed them with all our development teams. The agreements ensure the confidentiality and complete transfer of intellectual property ownership from the developer to the company.
We manage all possible compliance and security issues after we receive your project. Our specialists evaluate all types of threats before creating your digital product including confidentiality weak points, IP compliance, third-party integrations, data management, and others. This approach allows us to discover the possible risks in the prospecting stage and create the appropriate policies to prevent them.
We make the evaluation of the result after each sprint (every two weeks), test our work, present it to you as a demo, and ask for feedback so the clients know they get what they are paying for. Also, we have continuous communication with the client, so that there are no surprises and we move forward only after the client's approval.
