You must provide a fully detailed, finalized specification before we begin. If your documentation isn't ready, we'll conduct a paid Research & Business Analysis phase to clarify and formalize all requirements, prior to the start of the development phase.

If any feature descriptions remain ambiguous in the specifications, meaning it has different ways of implementation, Uran Company will determine the most appropriate implementation approach in line with project objectives.

Any requests to alter the agreed scope must go through our Change-Request procedure. We'll estimate any additional effort, and if necessary, adjust the total project cost and delivery timeline accordingly.
