It hooks right into official databases to pull fresh, reliable data in real time. Some cool features: It speaks multiple languages (like English, Spanish, and French), keeps everything super secure to meet GDPR and local rules, and even walks you through tricky stuff like filling out forms step by step. The payoff? Folks can get answers anytime, day or night, without trekking to an office – which means happier citizens and less strain on government call centers.
