Prop Guard for MT5 - MT5 Plugin Development

Design and development of a trading advisor application integrated with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) to assist prop traders in adhering to proprietary trading firm rules, managing risks, and maintaining detailed trade records for accountability and dispute resolution.

In this project, Prop Guard is a specialized trading advisor built for MT5, designed to address the unique challenges faced by prop traders. The application helps users comply with prop firm restrictions, such as daily and overall loss limits, position size constraints, and news trading rules, by monitoring trades in real-time and halting activity when limits are approached. Prop Guard logs all trading activity and uploads it to a secure server, where a web interface provides a detailed trade journal with highlighted rule violations and exportable reports for resolving disputes with prop firms. Through seamless integration with MT5 and a user-friendly web dashboard, Prop Guard empowers traders to focus on strategy while ensuring compliance and transparency.
