Goal

It was necessary to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) system for a support service that manages transport related documentation and communication with clients. The system needed to provide a fast and convenient interface, allowing operators to handle client requests and track updates in real time.


The CRM also had to support the company's core services related to drivers, trucks, trailers, and insurance documentation. An additional requirement was to allow clients to submit required documents through a unique secure link without needing direct access to the system.

Solution

Our team developed a custom CRM system tailored to the operational workflows of the transport support service. The platform allows operators to manage incoming requests, review documentation, monitor deadlines, and maintain structured communication with clients.
The system includes a document management module covering drivers, trucks, trailers, and insurance documentation. Clients can submit required files through secure unique links, making the document submission process simple and accessible without requiring system access.


Operators are able to track all actions through activity logs and monitor request updates in real time. The system also provides statistical insights into operator performance and request categories, helping the support team optimize their workflow.


The platform was built using modern web technologies and frameworks to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
