JB Art Studio - Mobile App & CRM Development

The goal of the project was to develop a mobile application and CRM system for a beauty salon that would simplify appointment management and improve communication between the salon and its clients.

The system needed to allow customers to easily book services, choose available time slots, and manage their appointments through a convenient mobile interface. At the same time, salon administrators required a centralized CRM platform to manage bookings, schedules, and customer information.

CRM System Requirements:

- Clients should be able to book services through a mobile application.
- The system should provide real time availability of specialists and time slots.
- Administrators should be able to manage bookings and schedules through a CRM interface.
- Ability to maintain a customer database and booking history.
- Notification system for upcoming appointments and booking updates.

Our team developed a mobile application using Flutter, allowing the beauty salon’s clients to conveniently book services from their smartphones. The application provides a simple interface where users can select services, choose specialists, and schedule appointments based on real time availability.

The system is connected to a CRM platform that allows salon administrators to manage appointments, track schedules of specialists, and maintain a database of clients and booking history. The CRM also enables administrators to modify bookings, monitor daily schedules, and optimize workload distribution among staff members.

The integrated system significantly improved appointment management, reduced manual scheduling tasks, and created a smoother booking experience for both clients and salon staff.
